Aesthetician Job Description
- Build long lasting and meaningful relationships with clientele both existing and new.
- Suggest the appropriate treatments and product recommendations.
- Provide high-quality services including facials, massage, body wraps, manicure, pedicure, waxing and tinting. *gel polish knowledge an asset
- Educate clients on proper skincare techniques and home care routines to maintain results between appointments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and work areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
- Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products.
- Assist front desk in booking, call-backs and sales.
- Commission based retail sales.
- Actively represent and promote the spa, our treatments, retail products and promotions.
- Assist with daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
Requirements
Estheticians licence from a recognized institution.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to work weekends and weekdays an asset.

About the Job
We are looking for a motivated & enthusiastic and licensed Aesthetician/Spa Therapist professional to join our team. Positions are available for both full and part time. You will be responsible for performing services, consulting to our skin care products, and providing top notch customer service. We offer on the job training and will have clients right away to get started and grow with.

Pay: $22.00-$40.00 per hour
