Your main missions will be :
Operations & Stock Management
-
Organize and plan the work of storekeepers
-
Control and optimize daily operations in terms of incoming and outgoing goods
-
Ensure proper storage of goods in order to facilitate the outflow of stock
-
Monitor incoming and outgoing stocks
-
Monitor deadlines for food consumption
-
Conduct inventories of stocks every weekenD
Supply Coordination & Planning
-
Communicate with the Supply Chain Manager (CSM) on stock levels to manage orders and avoid stock-outs
-
Place orders for resupply
-
Monitor the new items to be created in WINFLIGHT
-
Oversee updates of orders, receipt of goods, and input of invoices in WINFLIGHT
Logistics & Process Optimization

Organize linen flows with the service provider
-
Manage waste
Compliance & Standards

Ensure compliance with health and safety, hygiene, and security standards

Experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure
- Hands-on and detail-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of ERP systems (WINFLIGHT is an asset)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
