We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Window Installer Helper to join our residential windows and doors installation team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist lead installers with window and door installations
- Load, unload, and transport materials and tools
- Prepare job sites and maintain a clean work area
- Remove old windows and doors safely
- Assist with caulking, insulation, aluminum capping, and finishing work
- Use hand and power tools safely
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Communicate professionally with customers when required
Requirements:
- Previous construction, renovation, or window installation experience is an asset
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
- Comfortable working on ladders and scaffolding
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
