We are seeking an Automotive Sales Lead Enthusiast to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will be highly personable, well-organized, and love the idea of being part of a dealership that is a market share leader, celebrating its 40th year in business!
This person will excel in handling website leads, fielding in-bound calls, making out-bound calls, as well as reaching out through various means, to a well-established customer base. This person is also a master at capturing detailed information to ensure proper and complete hand-offs to Sales Managers, for the best opportunity to convert prospective leads to sales.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers online & by phone, to successfully pass pertinent information on to Sales Managers, to ultimately generate leads.
- Handle a high-volume of enquiries, over various channels.
- Support Sales Department (particularly Managers) to ensure top-notch customer service.
- Any and all administrative tasks, required by Sales Management, to ensure the department is supported at all times.
- Actively participate in sales generating Events & Activities, aimed to generate business and build rapport with customers.
- Make out-going calls & send e-correspondences, to generate sales, follow-up with customers, and support any and all sales initiatives & duties.
- Any other duties & responsibilities geared towards positioning Blue Star Sales as prominent in the marketplace.
Experience
- Demonstrated success in handling sales enquiries, with a track record of meeting and exceeding expectations.
- High success rate for managing multiple sales enquires online & on the phone.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate very well with prospective / current customers & internal team members alike.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities, are essential.
- Confidence in making sales calls to current & prospective customers, to generate business.
- Familiarity with dealership operations, marketing strategies, and sales management tools is advantageous.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple prospects simultaneously and maintain detailed records of all interactions.
