Our studio is looking for a Wellness Advisor – Client Experience & Community Engagement.
Your mission:
- Warmly welcome members and visitors to the studio
- Create an inspiring and memorable client experience
- Connect with clients and support them based on their needs
- Introduce the studio’s universe with authenticity and enthusiasm
- Contribute to the growth and overall energy of the studio
- Build meaningful connections within our community
- Respond to calls and emails with professionalism and care
- Provide attentive follow-ups to support clients throughout their studio journey
- Contribute to a positive and harmonious studio environment
What we’re looking for:
- Strong people skills and great communication
- Positive, warm, and proactive energy
- Ability to build connections quickly
- Interest in yoga, wellness, client experience, and guided recommendations
- Team spirit and professional attitude
- Experience in customer service and sales is an asset
✨ No need to be a yoga expert — we’re mostly looking for a human, motivated, communicative person who loves connecting with others.

Ta mission :
- Accueillir chaleureusement les membres et visiteurs du studio
- Créer une expérience client inspirante et mémorable
- Échanger avec les clients et les accompagner selon leurs besoins
- Faire découvrir l’univers du studio avec authenticité et enthousiasme
- Contribuer au rayonnement et à la vie du studio
- Créer des liens avec notre communauté
- Répondre aux appels et courriels avec professionnalisme et bienveillance
- Assurer un suivi attentif auprès des clients afin de les accompagner dans leur parcours au studio
- Participer à l’ambiance harmonieuse du studio
Le profil qu’on recherche :
- À l’aise avec les gens et la communication
- Énergie positive, chaleureuse et proactive
- Facilité à créer des liens rapidement
- Intérêt pour le yoga, la vente-conseil et le service client
- Esprit d’équipe et attitude professionnelle
- Expérience en service à la clientèle et en vente : un atout
