Toys for Trucks Offroad is an industry leader in the specialty retail business for sales and installation of Car, Truck, Van, SUV, and Jeep accessories. We are seeking an experienced and reliable Automotive Accessory Installer to add to our team to support our store operations!
JOB DESCRIPTION: The primary function of this role includes installing various types of vehicle accessories; hitch and wiring, tonneau covers, truck caps, lift kits, and other suspension items, diag, etc. It is important for the candidate to learn applicable vehicle and product information to provide accurate information for installs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Aftermarket product installation
- Vehicle inspections
- 12v wiring
- Vehicle Diagnostics
- Differential and drivetrain rebuild
- Suspension lift kits
- Other vehicle accessories
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS PREFERRED:
- Previous Mechanical and 12v electrical experience desired
- Lift and suspension experiance
- Disciplined and self-motivating work ethic
- Strong attendance and work history
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift or move heavy products; 50-100 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and squat and press while installing under vehicle items
- Valid/current Driver's License
- Journeyman or Red Seal Automotive Certificate
