Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Mover/Installer to join our team. This role involves transporting, loading, and unloading goods efficiently while providing excellent customer service under a driver/team leader. The ideal candidate will have experience with, heavy lifting, and professional moving - as well as very strong ability with tools, assembly, disassembly. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on physicality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Load and unload items using manual handling techniques, and equipment such as pallet jacks, dollies, lever dollies etc...
- Assist with moving furniture or equipment for residential or commercial clients, providing courteous customer service throughout the process.
- Wrap and protect all furniture and goods being moved
- Assemble and disassemble furniture with ease and at scale
- Commercial disassembly/reassembly as well as commercial tear downs and decommissions of offices and workplaces
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with clients during pickups and deliveries.
Skills
- Proven experience in professional moving are ideal
- Strong knowledge of hand tools, and proper techniques of building and assembly
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks safely.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude.
- Valid driver’s license is ideal but not required
- Clean criminal past (background check required)
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- General handiness and problem solving is a must
Good communication skills and attention to detail for accurate load & unload procedures. This role is essential for ensuring smooth logistics operations while maintaining high standards of safety and customer satisfaction.

Pay: $19.25-$22.00 per hour
