THE ROLE
Supporting and working alongside the members of the Canadian Armed Forces and actively preparing them to defend and serve our country could be your path to an extremely fulfilling career.
As part of a dynamic and dedicated team, as a Gym Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to lead a team that ensures the gym facilities are functioning accordingly and are appropriately supervised. Daily, you will offer above class client service to our clientele and ensure the safety of our clients to ensure the members of the Canadian Armed Forces can safely and effectively use the gym facilities.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
Education, Certifications and Licenses
High School Diploma AND several years of experience in an occupation related to physical education, exercise sciences, or in a related field
Current CPR and Basic First Aid qualifications
Experience
In scheduling and organizing activities
In applying policies, procedures, and regulations
Competencies
Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
English Essential

This is an on-site position with an assigned work location.
Perform moderate lifting, carrying, pulling and/or pushing (i.e. more than 10 lbs/4.5 kg but less than 50 lbs/23 kg), as required.
