What You Bring to the Table
- Prior experience light equipment including snowblowers, lawn mowers, backpack blowers, etc. preferred
- Skid Steer experience is an asset
- Commitment to high-quality workmanship and efficient production
- Strong focus on safety and exceeding requirements
- Motivated, self-driven, and detail-oriented
- Clean, professional appearance; punctual and dependable
- Ability to work long hours outdoors in all weather conditions, some nighttime work
- Ability to lift 40 lbs consistently throughout the day
- Leadership experience required, ability to lead and manage crew of 2-3 people
About the Opportunity
As a Property Maintenance Crew Lead, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality work across our maintenance portfolio. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Mowing and trimming grass, hedge and weed trimming
- Weeding and debris/garbage removal
- Weed spraying
- Shoveling, brooming, blowing sidewalk snow
- Using ice melt, gravel and other means of ice control
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment
- Driving to and from job sites in company vehicle, hauling trailer and equipment
- Following all established safe operating procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
