We are looking for an experienced and passionate Cook to join our team,must have 5 years experience as cook. The ideal candidate for this position has a passion for food preparation, enjoys working in a busy restaurant environment, and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively. The successful candidate will have restaurant industry experience, a strong understanding of food safety regulations, and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Follow recipes and prepare food according to customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to health and safety standards.
- Communicate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food.
- Monitor food supplies and order as needed.
Ensure that all food is cooked properly and at the correct temperature.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Montréal, QC H2W 1X9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Cooking: 3 years (required)
Language:
- English french spanish portugues (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
