From furniture and appliances to gym gear and lawn equipment, we are changing how local shipping works.We are expanding our merchant network and looking for a high-energy, collaborative B2B Merchant Partnership Specialist to connect with local business owners and welcome them to our platform.The RoleYour primary focus is to build strong, trusted relationships with local retail partners and help them seamlessly integrate the SHUDLE app into their daily customer delivery process. You will spend your days out in the community, visiting independent showrooms, big-box retailers, and local "mom-and-pop" shops.If you are an exceptional communicator who loves listening to business owners, solving their problems, and growing a local network, you will thrive in this autonomous role. [8]What You Will Do:
- Connect with Local Retailers: Conduct welcoming, in-person introductions to local stores selling furniture, fridges, stoves, lawn equipment, and gym gear.
- Consult & Onboard: Listen to the delivery challenges of store managers and show them how SHUDLE saves them time, protects their items, and elevates their customer experience.
- Educate & Support: Walk store staff through our user-friendly app, helping them set up accounts and book their first on-demand delivery trucks.
- Nurture Relationships: Act as the face of SHUDLE in your territory, checking in on your accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and consistent app usage.
