Position Overview
We are looking for a confident, dependable and customer-focused Service Administrator interested in building a long-term career with our company.
This position begins part-time for a three-month probationary and training period. Upon successful completion, the candidate must be ready and committed to transitioning into a full-time position.
Mandatory Schedule Requirements
Please apply only if you can meet all the following requirements:
- Available to work both Saturdays and Sundays
- Available for morning and evening shifts
- Flexible to work either shift based on the weekly schedule
- Able to accommodate reasonable schedule changes when operationally required
- Available to begin part-time and transition to full-time after successfully completing probation
This is not a Monday-to-Friday position. Weekend availability and shift flexibility are mandatory conditions of employment.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and determine the reason for their visit
- Answer telephone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Open, update and close repair orders and job cards
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate workflow
- Communicate repair status, timelines and approvals to customers
- Support the foreman with allocating work to technicians
- Maintain accurate customer, vehicle and service information
- Coordinate with parts suppliers, vendors and warranty providers
- Prepare invoices, process payments and follow up on accounts
- Maintain an organized reception and administrative area
- Support communication between customers, technicians and management
- Perform additional administrative duties as required
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years of front-desk, administrative or customer-service experience preferred
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Professional telephone and in-person manner
- Dependable, punctual and organized
- Comfortable working in a busy truck and trailer repair environment
- Able to manage several responsibilities simultaneously
- Comfortable using computers, email, scheduling and invoicing systems
- Mandatory availability for Saturday and Sunday shifts
- Flexibility to work morning or evening shifts
- Commitment to transition into full-time employment after probation
Employment Structure
- First three months: Part-time probation and training
- After successful probation: Full-time permanent position
- Two scheduled shifts: Morning and evening
- Saturday and Sunday work is mandatory
- Weekly hours and shifts will be assigned according to operational requirements
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
