Full time Artisan Bread Baker required. Duties include mixing, portioning, shaping and baking, along with occasionally helping customers at the front counter. Working well with others, being well organized and working proficiently and tidy in a small space are essential skills.
Production bread bakery experience, and sourdough bread experience, are definite assets.
Current schedule is 4-5 days per week, 8 am start time, 35-40 hours per week.
