We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Etobicoke, Ontario on a Contract basis. This on-site opportunity is well suited to someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting customer order activities in a fast-paced setting. The successful candidate will help manage order information, assist with picking tasks, and contribute to smooth day-to-day service operations. This role is expected to start as soon as possible and is initially planned for a short-term assignment.
Experience with SAP is a must, especially with SD Modules.
Responsibilities:
- Enter customer and order information accurately into internal systems while maintaining up-to-date records.
- Process paper-based orders and convert them into digital entries for efficient handling and tracking.
- Support order picking activities to help ensure items are prepared correctly and on schedule.
- Review order details carefully to reduce errors and maintain a high standard of accuracy.
- Assist with customer service-related administrative tasks that support daily operational needs.
- Use business software and order management tools to complete data entry and service tasks efficiently.
- Participate in training and quickly learn internal procedures and systems required for the assignment.
- Previous experience in customer service, order processing, data entry, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Comfort working with computer systems and business applications in an on-site environment.
- Ability to organize workload effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-moving workplace.
- Clear communication skills and a detail-oriented approach when supporting internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM platforms, SAP, or related order management systems is considered an asset.
- Availability to begin on short notice and work a short-term contract assignment.
