Bartenders at Fonda Fora are vital to the success of our beverage program. We have a fully operational bar for cocktailing, mixing drinks, and a café as well for the coffee program.
The main areas of focus for a bartender will be:
- Making Drinks - Mixing ingredients to create classic cocktails, mocktails, and original cocktails. Pouring beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, including a full café service offering.
- Guest Relations – Your interactions with our guests will need to create the best dining experience possible. Bartenders need to be able to converse with the guests sitting at the bar and create a memorable experience.
- Product Knowledge – Bartenders are the experts when it comes to everything drink related. Not only should you already be fully versed in all the offerings behind the bar, but you should also be ever expanding your knowledge to become a better bartender.
