JOB TITLE: Construction Estimator
DESCRIPTION:
*Responsible for the tendering process in private sites
*Liaison with clients
QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS
*Minimum three (3) years demonstrated asphalt estimating experience
*The ability to organize, direct, control and evaluate the estimating process within under the direction of a senior manager
*The ability to function in a fast paced, multi tasked environment
*Strong skill set with computer applications
*Have exceptional people skills to promote a positive working environment for all employees and sub trades
*Have excellent communication skills
*Excellent organizational skills
