Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QC Lab Team Lead to oversee quality control laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team in conducting precise testing, data collection, and analysis to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards. Duties
- Supervise daily laboratory activities, ensuring adherence to established testing procedures and safety protocols.
- Lead the collection and documentation of test data accurately and efficiently.
- Perform complex analysis of laboratory results to identify trends, deviations, or potential quality issues.
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring calibration and proper functioning for reliable testing.
- Train and mentor laboratory staff on testing methods, safety procedures, and data management practices.
- Prepare detailed reports on lab findings for management review and regulatory compliance purposes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data and recommending process enhancements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a laboratory setting, preferably within manufacturing or quality control environments.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets accurately.
- Experience with data collection tools and laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
- Laboratory experience is essential; familiarity with testing standards and regulatory requirements is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications or training in quality assurance or laboratory practices are a plus.
Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour
