Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously to ensure a positive dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely service
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards, including food handling and safety protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, counters, and workstations
- Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service and uphold restaurant standards
- Follow all food safety regulations and hygiene practices diligently
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food preparation, serving techniques, and food safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings if needed
