You as a Chief Estimator:
- Experience in creating and monitoring construction estimates across a variety of project types and delivery methods, including lump sum, unit rate, time and material construction management and design build with the ability to lead a team in the preparation of estimates for major projects
- Manage and administer department functions including operating budgets, staffing, wage reviews, work assignments, performance evaluations, etc
- Effectively determine the bid strategies required for the company to be successful as well as plan and coordinate and supervise large projects
- Review all final estimate packages to insure accuracy and completeness, prior to formal quotation
