The Role:
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and passionate Head Bartender to lead our lounge operations.
Job duties will include bartending, serving, and all related duties required to ensure the successful operation of our Lounge, as well as any other duties that may be required. This role involves overseeing daily bar operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for mixology, and a demonstrated excellence in providing guest experience.
This position reports directly to the Distillery Manager.
What we're looking for:
- Previous bartending experience, preferably in a high-end cocktail or craft beverage setting
- Serving It Right (SIR) certification, or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- A genuine passion for craft spirits and making guests smile
