Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and organizing materials
- Load, unload, and transport supplies and equipment safely and efficiently
- Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and materials
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards on-site by removing waste and hazards
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision
- Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents or injuries
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and work areas as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in general labour or construction is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently and safely
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety guidelines
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
