We’re looking to add experienced carpenters who take pride in their work and want to be part of a strong, growing team.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Custom home builds
- Additions & major renovations
- Footings & ICF foundations
- Framing & structural work
- Insulation
- Flooring (hardwood, vinyl, laminate)
- Tile (walls & floors)
- Windows & doors
- Finish carpentry & trim
- Exterior cladding
- Decks
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 8 years of residential carpentry experience
- Experience in custom home building is a strong asset
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Leadership ability (or willingness to grow into a leadership role)
- Own basic hand tools (tool belt, hammer, tape, speed square, etc.)
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
