Responsibilities
- Deliver a premium, consultative sales experience by building relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge of MINI vehicles and technology. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology.
- Conduct high-quality vehicle demonstrations (new & pre-owned)
- Maintain strong follow-up to drive referrals and retention
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Automotive sales experience
- Available to work flexible hours & weekends
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in’s & out’s
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record
- ONE-Eighty experience an asset
- Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese is preferred.
License/Certification:
- OMVIC (required)
- Class G Driver's licence (required)
- Criminal background check & driver’s abstract (required)
