Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team in. Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble metal parts according to specifications using hand tools and power tools
- Perform repairs and modifications on automotive or dealership equipment and components
- Conduct measurements, cutting, welding, and finishing of metal materials
- Assist with heavy lifting and moving of large metal parts or assemblies
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to metal components or automotive systems
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately
Skills
- Dealership experience is highly desirable, providing familiarity with automotive standards and repair processes
- Mechanical knowledge related to automotive systems and repair techniques
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, hammers, chisels, etc.
- Experience operating power tools including grinders, drills, welders, and cutting equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds or more) as required by the job
- Strong understanding of automotive repair procedures and mechanical systems
- Prior mechanic experience is a plus, demonstrating hands-on technical skills
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality workmanship
Pay: $21.00-$40.50 per hour
