Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team at Paradise Lawn Care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with a solid crew visiting different properties throughout the day for property maintenence. This is a year round position.
Responsibilities
- Mowing, trimming and blowing lawns. Including maintaining equipment throughout the day. (Filling gas tank, oil and wire)
- Dethatching for 2 weeks in the Spring.
- Snow removal in the winter which includes plowing, snowblowing and shoveling.
- Operate truck and trailer as well as load and unload equipment from trailer at each job site.
- Spring and Fall clean ups include raking and blowing leaves and filling/loading tarps.
- Assist the team with tasks throughout the day.
- Willingness to learn new equipment and adapt to weather conditions.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and facility maintenance standards.
- Communicate effectively with crew leader to coordinate maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Experience in property maintenence required.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Full drivers license and own transportation required.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. This position offers an opportunity for growth within a dynamic propery maintenance environment where technical expertise and leadership are highly valued.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.50-$25.00 per hour
