Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment.
- Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens to meet guest needs efficiently.
- Handle laundry duties by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing with care and precision.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other shared spaces to uphold high hygiene standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest safety.
- Follow established safety protocols and cleaning procedures to promote a healthy environment for guests and staff alike.
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and linens to ensure adequate stock levels at all times.
Requirements
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred but not mandatory; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
- Strong knowledge of laundry processes and cleaning techniques to deliver consistent quality results.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
