Floor Technician, you will report to the Senior Supervisor and the Operations Manager. You will ensure your workspace is clean and tidy, equipment is maintained and cleaned that is used in the day-to-day operations, and perform other cleaning duties upon request.
Work Responsibilities and duties:
- Scrubbing/Waxing/Sealing floors
- Ceramic Tile and Grout Cleaning
- Carpet Cleaning (Cimex and Extraction)
- General cleaning (sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, common area cleaning etc).
- High Dusting using a hepa filter vacuum with carbon fibre extension (Minimal ladder work)

Qualifications needed to succeed:
- A Fantastic attitude
- Attention to detail
- 1 year of relevant experience in any skill set outlined above
- Great communication skills with Manager & Supervisor, work colleagues and clients/clients customers.
- Able to lift up to 45 lbs
- Clean Criminal Record
- Class 5 or 7 driving licences with clean abstract
