Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and other therapeutic techniques
- Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals to develop personalized therapy plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for clients before, during, and after sessions
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments
- Uphold all health and safety standards in accordance with licensing requirements and industry best practices
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and clinic operations
Requirements
- Valid massage therapy license or certification in accordance with state regulations
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to health conditions and treatment plans
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a welcoming environment
- Ability to listen actively, assess client needs accurately, and deliver tailored massage therapies
- Prior experience is mandatory
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards

Pay: $3,224.82-$8,575.17 per month
