We are seeking a dedicated and friendly person to join our team in a dynamic hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate proficiency in food service and customer service. Duties
- Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and presentation quality
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations through regular cleaning and sanitation procedures
- Assist with food preparation tasks including meal assembly, garnishing, and basic cooking as needed
- Manage cashier responsibilities including processing payments, issuing receipts, and handling cash transactions
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and guest satisfaction
Experience
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and food safety standards is advantageous
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent guest services are essential
- Previous roles in serving, cashiering, or hotel/hospitality environments will be beneficial for success in this position
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
Pay: $18.25-$18.75 per hour
