Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and repair business electronic equipment such as coffee machines and water coolers
- Adjust, align, replace or repair electronic equipment, assemblies and components following equipment manuals and schematics, and using hand and power tools
- Inspect and test electronic equipment, components and assemblies using multimeters and other electronic test instruments, tools and equipment
- Diagnose and locate circuit, component and equipment faults
- Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports
- Perform scheduled maintenance service on equipment
- Elaborate preventive maintenance plans based on the information suggested in the manufacturer's manual
- Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on equipment
- Technical troubleshooting of equipment on the customer's site
- Advise customers on work performed or replace the equipment if necessary
- Assist with the maintenance of spare parts and equipment inventory
Requirements for the Job:
- Dynamic problem-solver person
- Experience in diagnosing broken equipment, replacing broken parts, testing equipment, documenting findings and reporting back to the customer
- A minimum of six (6) months recent related trades experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair related to coffee machines equipment and systems of manufacturers as Bunn, Newco, de JONG DUKE, Cafection, VKI and Saeco
- Completion of a college program or degree in electronics
- Valid class 5 BC driver’s licence
- Preferably to Canadian citizen or Permanent resident

Experience:
- Previous experience as a service technician or in a similar role preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of electrical systems and hydraulic systems
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
