As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly—from receiving shipments and managing inventory to preparing customer orders with accuracy and care. What You'll Do:
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Load and unload shipments while following safe material handling practices.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, and order pickers safely and confidently.
- Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
- Support shipping and receiving by verifying shipments against purchase orders and documentation.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment.
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to improve workflow and maintain high operational standards.
- Perform minor equipment troubleshooting and report maintenance needs as required.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience.
- Experience operating pallet jacks, dollies, and other material handling equipment is required.
- Forklift experience is an asset (certification preferred).
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work, including lifting, moving products, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing high-quality work every day.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Experience with RF scanners, inventory software, or warehouse management systems is an asset.
- Mechanical aptitude or experience working with tools and equipment is considered a plus.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to support the team wherever needed.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and professional work environment.
Preferred Certifications:
- Forklift Certification
- WHMIS Certification
- TDG Certification

Job Details:
- Position: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (5 days a week)
Pay: $22.00 per hour
