L'Éclatant Cake Boutique & Cafe is opening soon, and we're looking for passionate Baristas to join our opening team. You'll prepare quality coffee and beverages while delivering exceptional service in a collaborative, guest-focused cafe. If you take pride in your craft and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Prepare quality espresso, matcha, tea, and specialty beverages while following our recipes and standards.
- Deliver warm, genuine hospitality and confidently assist guests with menu recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with your teammates to provide an exceptional boutique cafe experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked cafe while supporting rotating dishwashing duties as needed.
- Support daily cafe operations, including POS, food running, and opening and closing duties as needed.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of barista or cafe experience (specialty coffee experience is an asset).
- Strong latte art skills (portfolio is an asset).
- Experience dialing in espresso.
- Cafe opening/closing experience.
- Passion for preparing quality beverages and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Physical & Working Conditions
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks.
- Comfortable working with commercial coffee equipment.
