We are a busy medical specialist clinic seeking an Office Manager/Office Assistant to manage daily operations and ensure efficient patient flow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee front-desk and administrative operations
- Ensure patients are roomed promptly and assisted before leaving
- Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and reminders (phone, SMS, email)
- Follow up on unconfirmed appointments and liaise with referring physician offices
- Ensure intake forms and documentation are complete for new patients and diagnostic testing
- Manage referrals, incoming faxes, phone calls, and voicemail messages
- Maintain smooth clinic workflow and high standards of patient care
Requirements:
- Applicant must hold a university degree to be eligible for this role.
- Previous work experience in a medical specialist office
- Knowledge of Mandarin and/or Cantonese is required.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skill
Asset:
- Prior office management or senior MOA experience
- Experience working with Accuro EMR .
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
