Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is essential in supporting warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and equipment operation. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience and familiarity with pallet-jack operating, ensuring efficient and safe handling of goods within a fast-paced distribution environment. Duties
- Perform order picking and packing to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage shipping and receiving processes, including verifying shipments, and ensuring proper documentation.
- Load and unload materials using a manual and/or electric pallet-jack
- Assist with inventory management by conducting stock counts, and organizing storage areas
- Ensure the workspace is clean, and organized
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in warehouse environments preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 60 pounds) regularly and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment, and packaging processes.
- Experience with load & unload operations using a manual/electric apllet-jack.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order picking and inventory management.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining safety standards at all times.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
