Responsibilities
- Assist with forming and framing construction projects
- Operate power tools such as skill saws
- be able to work from heights
- Support with various duties as assigned
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Set up and clean up equipment required for daily operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety
Skills
- Prior construction experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- works well in fast pace environment
- Knowledge of forming and framing materials is a plus
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy loads and perform manual labor for extended periods
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
- Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and adhere to safety guidelines at all times
Pay: $18.25-$40.00 per hour
