An Elegant Mind Counselling (AEM) is a therapy practice based in Vancouver’s Yaletown that integrates innovative, trauma-informed approaches to support healing, personal transformation, and authentic self-expression. You must hold one of the following licenses:
- Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).
- Registered Psychologist (R. Psych) with the College of Psychologists of British Columbia.
- Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the British Columbia College of Social Workers (BCCSW).
- Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
- Couples, Polycules & Relationship Therapy
- Sex Therapy
- Psychedelic Therapy (Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, Psychedelic Integration, Harm Reduction)
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy
- Trauma
- Somatic therapy
- Neurodiversity (ADHD/ASD)
General therapy concerns such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, and self-awareness are also part of our practice.
