Job details include assisting customers in an enjoyable retail environment. We carry a range of wellness and home improvement products including hot tubs, pools, saunas, BBQs, outdoor living, furniture, water care products and home living.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role involves interacting with customers via phone, email, and in person.
Hourly rate: Starting at $18.25/hr

Job Requirements:
- Handle customer calls and transactions professionally and courteously
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, and issue resolution
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively in a positive manner
- Analyze customer needs to recommend products or services that best fit their requirements
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Skills:
- Proficient in data entry
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on problem-solving
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus
