What You’ll Actually Do
You’ll be the friendly, professional voice customers rely on from the moment they call. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and helps keep our technicians busy and our customers happy.
- Answer inbound calls promptly, warmly, and professionally
- Book service appointments while balancing customer needs and technician schedules
- Accurately record service requests, notes, and customer details in our system
- Confirm upcoming appointments to reduce no-shows and keep things running smoothly
- Convert warm leads and inquiries into confirmed appointments
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure they’re happy and gather feedback
- Keep our customer database accurate and up to date
- Work closely with technicians and dispatch to resolve questions quickly
Who We’re Looking For
- Excellent phone manner — clear, patient, professional, and naturally friendly
- Previous customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality, admin, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and good note-taking skills
- Can type 40 words per minute
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift
- Computer skill, and ability to learn Software
- A genuine desire to help people and solve problems
- Reliable, positive, and a true team player
- Located in Lethbridge, legally entitled to work in Canada
