Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Restaurant Washroom Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our restaurant’s washroom facilities. This role is essential in providing a clean and welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on cleanliness, reliability, and a positive attitude toward maintaining high standards of sanitation within a busy hospitality setting.
Duties
- Thoroughly clean and disinfect all washroom surfaces, including sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, and floors
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, and other essentials
- Ensure waste bins are emptied regularly and properly sanitized
- Maintain cleanliness of adjacent areas such as entrances and corridors leading to washrooms
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to prevent cross-contamination
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Assist with general cleaning tasks around the restaurant as needed to support overall hygiene standards
Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial roles preferred, especially within restaurants or hospitality environments
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong understanding of food handling and safety regulations is a plus
- Experience in food service, kitchen operations, or hotel housekeeping is advantageous but not required
- Excellent communication skills and reliability are essential
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety guidelines

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
