ROLE OVERVIEW
Project Planner (Permanent Position)
Location: Montreal, QC
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.; Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Salary: Based on experience

Proceco is seeking a Project Planner to support its project management team in a dynamic, multi-project manufacturing environment. This strategic role is essential to ensuring proper project planning, scheduling, and tracking, in collaboration with various departments.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project schedules
Monitor progress, identify delays, and propose corrective measures
Track project costs, anticipate budget variances, and recommend improvements
Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of critical components
Organize and lead internal meetings to identify risks and resolve issues
Communicate regularly with clients regarding milestones and deliverables
Produce status reports and dashboards according to predetermined intervals
Document lessons learned and contribute to process improvement
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards
Requirements
College diploma (DEC) in industrial engineering, project management, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or technical project environment
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Fluency in spoken and written French; English is an asset
Comfortable managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and ERP systems (cost and planning modules)
