- Conduct analysis of customer interactions to identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
- Support sales efforts through effective communication and relationship building with clients
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or related roles
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English;
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Experience in sales, upselling, or cross-selling techniques is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases
