We are looking for a Content Creator: Videographer, Editor & Strategist to help create high-quality video content for social media and YouTube.
This role is for someone who is creative, strategic, and hands-on. The right person should be able to come up with strong content ideas, understand what performs well online, record videos, edit videos, and help build a consistent content system.
Responsibilities
- Create content ideas for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Plan short-form and long-form video content
- Write hooks, scripts, captions, and video outlines
- Record video content in person
- Edit short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
- Edit long-form YouTube videos
- Repurpose long-form videos into short clips
- Add captions, b-roll, music, graphics, and strong pacing
- Stay updated with social media trends and YouTube content strategies
- Help improve content based on audience response and performance
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in content creation, videography, video editing, or social media content
- Strong knowledge of YouTube, short-form video, and long-form video content
- Ability to create strong ideas, hooks, and scripts
- Good filming and editing skills
- Understanding of storytelling, pacing, retention, and what makes content perform online
- Experience with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, or similar
- Creative, reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Experience with real estate, personal branding, business, or educational content is an asset
