The Opportunity:
We are looking for passionate, patient-centered Registered Dental Hygienist at our Northern Pines Dental Practice who want to work in a collaborative, modern, and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality preventive and therapeutic hygiene care
- Conduct periodontal assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Educate patients on oral health, hygiene techniques, and preventive care
- Perform scaling, root planing, polishing, and fluoride treatments
- Accurately chart and maintain patient records in compliance with RCDSO and IPAC standards
- Identify and communicate treatment opportunities to the dentist and team
- Support patient retention, re-care scheduling, and overall patient experience
- Contribute to a positive and accountable team culture
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Dental Hygienist licensed and in good standing with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical and periodontal knowledge
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
