Summary Statement
Under the supervision of the Sales Managers, the Lot Attendant has overall responsibility for organizing the new and used car lots daily. This role is responsible for receiving new inventory as it arrives from the O.E.M and the “on display” condition of the new and used inventory. This includes a tidy line-up of vehicles with fresh batteries, appropriate amounts of fuel and cleanliness. The Lot Attendant/Detailer will from time to time be expected to do general errands such as vehicle pick up/ delivery/ dealer trades, licensing drop off/pick up etc.
Qualifications
Standard Specifications: Ability to work outside in all conditions. Must be able to interact well with both customers and co-workers
Education
· High school diploma is an asset
Knowledge
· Experience working with the following computer environments is considered an asset: Google Drive and Outlook.
Skills/Abilities/Attributes
· Able to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles. Able to handle all sizes of vehicles in tight spaces.
· Team player
· Well organized
· Able to multi-task
Required
- valid Ontario Drivers License and Clean Abstract
- Police Background Check
Accountabilities
Lot Organization/Vehicle displays
· Move vehicles around and off/on the lot as needed
· Ensure cleanliness of the lot grounds during all seasons
· Receive new vehicles from the factory and report any damages or missing loose items in the appropriate time required to make a claim to the O.E.M
· Maintain and secure vehicle keys
· Adhere to company processes and procedures
Professional Development

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 44 per week
