Luggage Repair Technician
Duties:
- Diagnose and repair issues in various types of luggage and bags
- Test repaired luggage to ensure proper functionality and performance
- Keep detailed records of repairs, including parts used and work performed
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex issues
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers or end-users as needed
Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree preferred
- Proven experience as a Repair Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of electronic systems, mechanical components, and troubleshooting techniques
- Proficient in using repair tools and computers
- Ability to read and interpret manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
