About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Field Installation Coordinator to manage and support on-site installation of digital signage installation. This role focuses on working directly with installation crews, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with on-site installation crews to coordinate and support screen installations.
- Be present on-site as needed to oversee progress and ensure quality of work. Schedule and coordinate installation timelines with contractors.
- Review and evaluate contractor quotations, negotiate pricing, and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Manage contractor performance and evaluate the quality of completed work to ensure it meets company standards.
- Monitor installation progress and ensure deadlines are met. Identify and resolve on-site issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with local regulations.
- Understand permit and approval requirements for different installation types and coordinate the application process when required.
- Conduct basic site checks before and after installation. Report project updates, issues, and completion status to internal teams.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in field operations, construction coordination, or installation projects
- Experience reviewing contractor quotations, negotiating pricing, and managing project costs.
- Knowledge of municipal permit and approval processes for commercial installations is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and on-site coordination skills. Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in the field.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, low-voltage, AV, or digital signage installation is an asset.
- Ability to assess installation quality and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Greater Vancouver area.
- Fluent in English (Mandarin is an asset).
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and safety awareness.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
