Crescent Town Club is seeking an experienced candidate for the position of Facility Reception/ Supervisor, who will oversee the responsibility for serving as the first point of contact for the organization, and daily operations of facility, ensure a safe and efficient work environment while managing staff and providing exceptional customer service.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Enforce Club regulations and policies with regards to patrons entering and using the facility.
- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with all users and staff.
- Answer telephone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate department.
- Use of Point of Sales system for opening and closing of sales along with registration and facility bookings.
- Maintain and update records in Daily Logs, Database, Files, etc.
- Prepare ID Cards for qualifying Residents and Members after following proper security procedures i.e. verifying photo ID, etc.
- Booking Racquetball/Squash/Handball Courts for Members.
- Loaning of sports equipment to Members.
- Perform mandatory facility checklists and pool checks during assigned shift.
- Maintain a record of receipts and registration forms.
- Perform website updates as required.
- Provide support to all departments as required.
- Answer telephone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate department.
- Respond to general inquiries regarding memberships, programs, facility schedules and website as required.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations.
- Ensure supplies are available for all areas of facility including programs.
- Assist in training new staff members as required.
- Monitor cleanliness, safety, and maintenance (light cleaning as needed).
- Temporarily cover duties of staff members as needed to maintain smooth facility operations.
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by Management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Current Standard First Aid – CPR/AED
- Previous Reception/Supervisor or Customer Support preferred
- Experience working in a Recreation/Community Centre will be considered an asset
Availability & Compensation:
- Part-time on-call position
- Candidate must be available to work evenings from 5:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and weekends 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with opportunity for additional shifts as needed.
- Flexibility in scheduling Is required to accommodate operational needs.
- Wage Range: $17.60 to $19.98 per hour.
