The 19th Hole Indoor Golf & Social is looking for an experienced Bar manager/ Front of house supervisor to join our team to ensure our guests have the best experience possible!
The 19th Hole is more than just golf, we Burlington's social house minutes from the downtown area. Whether your looking to play golf with friends, get behind the seat of an F1 car or enjoy our chef designed menu, there's something for everyone to enjoy! Did we mention we also have pool tables and one of the largest bars in Burlington! Come down to watch the big game on our 85" tv and enjoy our selections of cocktails and beers on tap.
What were looking for!
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented supervisor to join our team. As the supervisor on shift, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while preparing and serving a variety of beverages. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. We will need the supervisor to be a great leader, communicator and team player.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked
- Take orders from guests and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction
- Handle transactions efficiently
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar area
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding alcohol service
- Manage other bar tenders during your shift, ensuring they are following procedures and providing great service to our customers.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bar manager, FOH supervisor in a restaurant or similar setting preferred
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment handling
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong food handling knowledge and understanding of food safety regulations
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide an outstanding guest experience
