COORDINATOR, HEALTH & WELLBEING

The Canadian Olympic Committee is looking for a Coordinator, Health & Wellbeing.
The Coordinator, Health & Wellbeing provides operational and administrative support to the Games Health Services Team and contributes to the successful delivery of Health & Wellbeing initiatives. Key responsibilities include coordinating day-to-day operations such as invoice processing, inventory management, and medical equipment procurement, while providing technical support for Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and other athlete health monitoring platforms. The Coordinator also assists with project coordination, event planning, communications, social media content, and supports administrative duties.
Based in Montréal and reporting to the General Manager, Major Games Integration & Health Services, this role requires a highly organized professional with strong project management skills who can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must exercise discretion when handling confidential information and be fluent in both English and French.
LOCATION
This role will be located in one of the COC’s offices in Montréal, QC, at 500 René-Lévesque Boulevard West; We currently offer a hybrid work model that allows for up to two days of remote work each week.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND PRIORITIES
Games Health Services:

Support daily operations (billing, tasks and expenses tracking, planning, calendars, meetings).

Review registration requirements for Games Health Services Team (HST) members as needed (e.g., verification of submitted documents).

Distribute and collect nominations for Games health team members.

Contribute to the drafting and sharing of user instructions for tools and systems.

Maintain up-to-date documentation of ongoing operations.

Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system: collect user lists, upload users into the system, make website/program modifications, and provide technical support to users.

Support the development of platforms related to the Games Health Questionnaire (Games & Athletes Monitoring Systems).

Manage medical inventory: maintain up-to-date inventory, maintain and procure medical equipment, supplies, and pharmaceuticals in consultation with the stakeholders, and ensure secure and organized storage.

Prepare freight for shipping Health Services Team materials and products for various Games according to the Games schedule.

Coordinate freight planning and delivery with partners and customs brokers (reports, manifests, insurance).
Health and Wellness Projects:

Assist in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of various activities (meetings, conferences, etc.).

Assist with research and content archiving for various projects (e.g., women’s health, safe sport, etc.).

Assist in the creation of promotional materials for events, programs, and activations.

Assist with the production of presentations.

Assist in creating content for social media and updating web content.

Education and Experience:
Degree in project management, administration, communications, health services, or a related field.

Relevant experience in coordination or project management (1–3 years depending on position level).

Assets: knowledge of high-performance sport and the medical-sport environment.

Proficiency in French and English (reading, writing, conversational).
COMPENSATION
The expected salary range for this role is $59,700 to $65,670 per year. The base pay within this range is based on a number of factors, including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal pay equity, and market benchmarks.
