Our client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst – Wealth Management to join their team. As a Business Systems Analyst – Wealth Management, you will be part of the Technology Support team supporting Wealth Management operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Business Systems Analyst – Wealth Management
Location: Toronto - Hybrid 2-4 days a week onsite
What's the Job?
- Plan, manage, and lead the delivery of detailed system requirements and technical/functional specifications in alignment with organizational standards.
- Collaborate closely with business partners, technology teams, and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and communicate detailed functional specifications.
- Create and maintain comprehensive API documentation, including request/response payloads, endpoints, and methods, utilizing Swagger/Postman.
- Drive the development of integration documents such as Source to Target mapping, Business Processes flow, and Support Processes flow.
- Support testing teams by translating requirements into test conditions and expected results for various testing phases, ensuring quality and accuracy.
What's Needed?
- Extensive experience in Wealth and Investment Management with over 10 years of relevant system analysis expertise.
- Strong background in Data Integration, Data mapping, and Data analysis, with the ability to investigate and resolve data quality issues.
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs, JSON, web services, and API documentation tools such as Swagger and Postman.
- Experience working within Agile methodologies and familiarity with Credit Banking or Business Banking applications is advantageous.
- Advanced knowledge of system analysis processes, enterprise technology delivery practices, and business process design.
